摘  要:目的探讨防止指屈肌腱损伤修复发生粘连的有效方法。方法对2001年9月至2005年3月住院的指屈肌腱损伤53例96指应用显微外科技术一期修复指屈肌腱以及腱鞘或健周组织,术后早期进行保护性功能锻炼。结果术后随访6个月至1年,按TAM评价法评定疗效:优48指;良37指;可11指,优良率88.6%。结论新鲜的指屈肌腱损伤,在显微外科技术下,注意无创操作,一期高质量的缝合,保护肌腱的血运和营养,结合早期系统康复训练能有效的防止肌腱粘连。[Objective]To explore the effective method for prevention of flexor tendon adhesion in repairing. [Methods]From September 2001 to March 2005, 96 fingers' flexor digitor tendon and tendium vaginae and peri-tendon tissues injuries in 53 cases were repaired using microsurgical technique. Early postoperative synthetic rehabilitation training of the digits was carried out under protection. [Results]The patients were followed up for 6 to 12 months. The treatment outcome assessed according to TAM standard function evaluation revealed that the result was excellent in 48 fingers, good in 37 fingers, and fair in 11 fingers. The excellent and good rates were 88.6%. [Conclusion]In case of fresh injury of flexor tendon, high quality tendon suture with protection of blood supply and nutrition of the tendon, combined with early synthetic rehabilitation training can effectively prevent postoperative adhesion.
