摘 要:本文提出一种新的基于FPGA的便携式红外成像设备设计方案,详细阐述了系统的组成结构和工作原理,并重点讨论了影响器件成像性能的镜头温度稳定问题和各像素点非均匀性校正问题。利用信号处理模块采用了两点校正法解决了各像素点非均匀性校正,采用温度稳定电路稳定了镜头温度。经实验证明,校正后的图像质量明显提高,温度稳定在工作温度±0.01℃的范围内,达到了预期的指标,具有良好的实用性。In this paper, a novel kind of uncooled infrared imaging device was presented. It described the operation principle and structure of the imaging system, focused on the problems of temperature stability and pixel nonuniformity correction which terribly affected the image performance, and presented the design which solved these problems. This device was realized in FPGA and periphery chip. The experiment results show that the quality of the image which has been corrected is better, temperature is stable in the range of work temperature±0. 01 ℃, it is good at practicability.
