摘　　要：将化纤高速卷绕头的全钢轴承改进为新型混合陶瓷球轴承,对新型轴承结构参数进行合理设计并对其进行温升、振动试验;结果表明,经过改进的陶瓷轴承使用性能得到了较好的改善、滚动疲劳寿命增加了4倍。This paper presents that the all-steel bearing of chemical fiber quick-speed coil head are changed into admixture ceramic ball bearing. The new model bearing construction parameters has been properly designed and the bearing vibration and its temperature rising was well tested. The result indicated that the working performance of this new bearing has been improved and its fatigue life has been increased 4 times.
