摘  要:在分析给纸机递纸吸嘴机构工作原理的基础上,利用机械创新设计的再生运动链法,对给纸机递纸吸嘴机构方案进行了创新设计,并对其最终选取的形式进行了尺寸综合,建立了连杆上给定点的实际轨迹与给定轨迹偏差最小为目标函数的优化设计数学模型,并根据实例探讨了求解方法,验证了该方法的可操作性。A kind of innovation design method about the paper-feeding suction nozzle mechanism of feed-on is introduced, and Based on the analysis of the working principle of paper-feeding suction nozzle mechanism of feed-on and using the regenerated motion chain by the mechanical innovation design method, an alternative of such a mechanism is newly design with the above mentioned method and verified by synthesizing the final selected size. A mathematical model of optimization design is set-up in which the object function is the minimun deviation between the real locus and the required locus for a given point on the connecting rod. The resolving method for this model is also studied with one real example.
