摘 要:对华坪县11个乡镇林区萎蔫死亡松树进行采样调查,多数样本分离到线虫,该线虫经纯化培养后鉴定为拟松材线虫(Bursaphelenchus mucronatus)。采样调查结果表明,华坪县全县已有5个乡镇的松林发生不同程度的萎蔫死亡。拟松材线虫和松墨天牛共同危害(松墨天牛作为拟松材线虫的媒介昆虫)是松树死亡的主要原因,而且在华坪县这种共同危害正成为一种危害趋势。The investigation was conducted at 11 towns and townships of Huaping County. Nematodes were isolated from most of the diseased pine woods and Bursaphelenchus mucronatus was identified. The investigations showed that pine wilt disease had occurred at least in 5 forest regions of Huaping country. It was B. mucronatus that caused the pine wilt disease. The cooperation damage of B. mucronatus and Monochamus alternatus was primary reason causing pine wilt disease and this damage way is making a tendency in Huaping.
