摘　　要：论述了现代林业的内涵及特点，认为在现代林业建设过程中，对社会、经济、自然条件相似的地区可以选择相同的模式。其政策措施主要是：进行现代林业试点示范工作；完善产业发展规划，建立起新的产业发展布局；深化改革，建立新型林业体制和机制；建立新的科技支撑体系；提高机构的服务能力，建立新的社会化服务体系；引导林农逐步走规模化经营，建立新的经济合作组织；加大林业职工的培训力度，造就新型的林业劳动者。The paper elaborated the connotation and the characteristic of modern forestry, hold that the same pattern may be chosen in the development of modern forestry. Its policy measure mainly as follows. To carry on the modern forestry experiment demonstration work; perfect industrial development plan, establish the new industrial development layout; deepen forestry reform, establish the new system and the mechanism; promote forestry science and technology development; establish the new technical strut system; enhance the service ability of the organization, establish the new socialized service system; guide the forest worker gradually to the scale management, establish the new economic cooperation organization; increase the forestry staff training dynamics, accomplish the new forestry worker.
