摘　　要：根据溶液中的物料平衡和电荷平衡,导出了酸式盐HA-,H2A-,HA2-线性滴定的计算公式,用滴定直线确定化学计量点体积.该公式简单,准确度好,尤其对于离解常数很小或逐级离解常数非常接近的酸式盐的线性滴定分析,计算结果更准确.该计算公式也可应用到蛋白质、氨基酸等两性电解质的线性滴定分析上。The computation formula of linear titration for acid salt HAˉ, H2Aˉ, HA^2-is presented. Volumes of chemical counting point can be. obtained through titration line. The computation formula is simple and accurate, especially when it is applied to determine acid salt whose equilibrium constants is very small or equilibrium constants for stepwise dissociation is very adjacent. It can also be applied to determine ampholyte such as protein and amino acid.
