摘　　要：2005年，中国气象科学研究院分别与上海市气象局、广东省气象局、安徽省气象局和湖北省气象局就联合建立多轨道、多层次、全方位、研究型的业务签订了合作协议，本着“优势互补、多层推进、注重实效、资源共享、共同发展”的原则，将在中小尺度灾害性天气、数值预报、生态环境气象、大气成分、城市环境气象、雷电防护、人工影响天气等方面开展进一步的合作。已明确的具体合作内容包括：The Chinese Academy of Meteorological Sciences （CAMS） signed the cooperative agreements with meteorological bureaus of Guangdong, Anhui, and Hubei provinces and the Shanghai Municipal Meteorological Bureau in multiple aspects on meso- and small-scale disastrous weather, numerical weather forecasting, ecological and environmental meteorology, atmospheric component, urban environmental meteorology, thunder and lightning protection, precipitation enhancement, etc. Based on the principles of advantage complementary, resources sharing, effficiency-emphasized, and mutual development, the following are some cooperative activities：
