摘 要:利用自主开发的溢流污水高效处理装置,研究了在不同启动方式下的装置响应时间及影响因素。结果表明,干式启动时装置响应时间达25~30min,响应时间内出水水质变化较大,出水浊度和SS均较高;湿式启动时装置响应时间为10min左右,响应时间内出水水质变化较小,10min后出水浊度在60NTU左右,SS浓度在60mg/L左右。处理溢流污水时应采用湿式启动方式,以有效削减初期溢流污染。Start-up response time is an important index of overflowing sewage treatment device. By a highly effective overflowing sewage treatment device developed by the authors, the response time and affecting factors of the device at different start-up modes were studied. It was shown that, when dry-type starting-up, response time reached to 25~30min. The effluent quality was poorer within response time; turbidity was as high as over 120NTU, SS concentration was over 100mg/L; when wet-type starting-up, the device's response time was about 10min; the effluent quality was better within response time; the effluent turbidity was about 60NTU; SS concentration was smaller than 60 mg/L. When treating the overflowing sewage, wet-type start-up mode should be adopted to effectively control the overflowing pollution in the early term.
