摘 要:研究了厌氧颗粒污泥膨胀床(EGSB)反应器处理高浓度有机废水过程中的有机负荷变化规律。经过约5个月的运行,结果表明在(30±1)℃下,进水COD浓度在8000~12000mg/L时,进水COD负荷达42.3kgCOD/m·3d,COD去除率可达85%,出水COD浓度在1500mg/L左右;当负荷超过42.3kgCOD/m3·d时,反应器出现酸化,说明该负荷已达到了极限值;当负荷在5kgCOD/m3·d以下,COD浓度在3472~4514mg/L时,进水COD的波动对出水COD的影响不明显,但当负荷在15kgCOD/m3·d以上,COD浓度为4988~8253mg/L时,进水COD的波动将导致工艺运行不稳定和出水基质浓度波动。The change law of organic loading in the course of high strength organic wastewater treatment by expanded granular sludge bed (EGSB) was studied. Through operation for 5 months, it was shown that at (30± 1)℃, with the influent COD concentration of 8000~ 12000 mg/L, the influent COD load could reach to 42.3kgCOD/m^3·d, the effluent COD concentration was about 1500 mg/L and COD removal rate could reach to 85%, when the load exceeded 42.3kgCOD/m^3· d, acidification of the reactor appeared, indicating that the load reached limited value, when load was below 5 kgCOD/m^3·d and COD concentration was 3472- 4514mg/L, the effect of the fluctuation of COD concentration on effluent COD was not obvious, but when load was above 15kgCOD/m^3·d COD concentration was 4988~8253mg/L, COD fluctuation in influent would lead to operational instability and the fluctuation of effluent.
