摘　　要：中国-东盟双边贸易规模增长迅速,双边贸易总额再上新台阶,东盟成为中国高新技术产品第二大进口来源地。但是双方产业结构的相似性、竞争性和历史纠葛影响着双方经贸发展。要推动双方经贸合作,须尽快扩大行业合作、选取比较优势产业开拓东盟市场、努力拓展多领域和多层次的经济技术合作、加快经济结构和产业结构的调整。China - ASEAN trade total rising to a higher bilateral trade scope is expanding rapidly, with the bilateral point. ASEAN becomes China＇ s second largest source of hi - tech imports. However, the bilateral disputes in industrial structures in terms of similarity, competition and history greatly affects bilateral trade development. To facilitate bilateral trade co- operatin, great efforts should be made to expand trade co- operation, select adventageous industries to open up ASEAN market, expand multi- field and multi-level economic co - operation and speed up the adjustment of trade and industrial structures.
