摘　　要：高等学校开设的知识产权课程偏重知识产权法学理论学习,欠缺实务操作训练。开设实践性知识产权课程即专利申请与撰写,结合实例讲述如何申请专利、如何撰写专利申请文件等内容,具有很强的实用性。专利申请与撰写课程的开设是一种探索和实践创新。The course of Intellectual Property was stressed on theory learning at the expense of practice training at university. It is more practical to give the course of Intellectual Property practice, which is concerned with how to apply for and write the patent with examples.
