摘　　要：目的研究人早孕绒毛和子宫蜕膜中galectin-3基因mRNA和蛋白的表达,探讨其与滋养细胞浸润的关系。方法采用半定量RT-PCR和Western-blot分别对70例(分为7个孕周组,每组10例)正常早孕绒毛和蜕膜中gal-3mRNA和蛋白表达水平进行检测结果在整个孕早期绒毛和子宫蜕膜中均有gal-3基因表达,且在绒毛和蜕膜中随着孕周的增加其表达总体呈上升趋势,两者表达趋势一致。结论gal-3基因在滋养细胞和蜕膜表达中随孕龄增长而呈上调趋势,提示该基因在调控早孕滋养细胞的浸润行为中起重要的作用。Objective： To study the mRNA and protein expression of galectin -3 in normal villi tissues and deciduas during the first trimester and its relation to the invasion of trophoblast. Methods ： Semi-quantitative RT-PCR analysis and Western blot were used to detect the galeetin - 3 mRNA and protein expression level in 70 cases of normal villi tissues and deciduas, which were divided into 7 groups （10 cases per group） according to the gestational week. Results： The galectin -3 mRNA and protein were all expressed in villi tissues and deciduas during the first trimester. In villi tissues and deciduas the expression of galectin -3 mRNA and protein in- creased with the pregnant progess. Conclusion： The expression level of galectin - 3 in villi tissues and deciduas increased with the pregnant progress. Galectin -3 gene may play an important role in regulating the invasion of trophoblast during the first trimester.
