摘　　要：目的调查北京市项目社区男性计划生育生殖健康的现状,为政府和主管部门加强开展社区计划生育生殖健康服务的决策提供依据。方法采用意向性、抽样典型调查方法,对项目社区806位男性计划生育状况及相关知识进行问卷调查。结果806位男性中,避孕率89.4%,占前3位的避孕方法(1)使用避孕套者为44.3%,(2)使用综合方法为20.4%(3)配偶使用IUD为15.5%。避孕知识的主要来源为医疗机构分别占已婚51.9%,未婚34.8%。最希望得到的避孕咨询本市占52.3%,外地户籍占45.6%。对妻子是否已取器等问题调查显示男性对配偶关心不够,对取器知识了解不够。结论社区男性避孕率达到较高水平,文化程度不同采用方法上有所差异,采取长效稳定的避孕方法的比率偏低,避孕套作为安全有效的避孕防病措施的了解使用不够。应加强医疗机构特别是社区基层医疗机构在避孕咨询及避孕指导方面的影响作用。消弱负面影响。Objective： The survey on the current status of male reproductive health and family planning in Beijing item communities aims to provide authorities conccmed with the basis of making decisions about enhancing community family planning and reproductive health service. Methods： 806 men in item communities has been conducted by intentioned typical spot check with questionnaires about the male family planning status and related kliowledge. Results ： The contraception rate was 89. 4% in the 806 men. The most frequently used three contraception methods are as follows ： （ 1 ） 44. 3% with a condom; （2） 20. 4% with compositive methods; （3） 15.5% of those being through intrauterine device used by their wives. Among those who acquire contraceptive knowledge mainly from medical organization, 51.9% are married versus 34. 8% are not. 52. 3% of those who want to acquire contraceptive consultation are from Beijing city versus 45.6% of them are from other places in the country. Investigations on questions such as ＂Does your wife have the IUD extracted？＂ demonstrated that male＇s concern on their wife and the understand about IUD extraction knowledge is not enough. Conclusion： Male comraception rate in the communities is quite high and contraceptive methods used vary with education degree, howevever the proportion nf long - term, stable contraceptive methods used is a little smaller. The understand that condom is a safe, effective and preventive contraceptive method and use is not enough. Therefore, we should strengthen the role of community medical organization on the effect of contraceptive consultation and instruction to eliminate the side effect.
