摘　　要：介绍如何运用MATLAB绘制可靠性数据分布频数直方图、参数估计及假设检验,进而实现可靠性数据整理分析的自动化,保证数据分析工作及时、准确地完成,缩短数据处理周期,及时为生产、管理服务。This paper introduced how to use MATLAB to draw frequency histogram of reliability data distribution, estimate parameters and check up hypotheses, and realize automatic analysis of reliability data to ensure timely and precisely finishing data analysis, shorten the cycle of data disposal and serve production and management.
