摘　　要：通过对主体压铸件的结构工艺性分析,确定了模具结构设计方案,介绍了台阶分型面选择、立式缝隙浇口浇注系统设计、预复位推出机构设计和镶块镶拼结构设计。实践证明:模具结构可靠,满足铸件质量要求,对不规则压铸件的模具设计有一定的借鉴作用。A structural design plan of a die for an ircegular equipment main body die cast was determined after an analysis on its manufacturability. The decision of stepped type of parting line, design of vertical slot gate runner system, pre-replacement ejecting mechanism and insertion structure were described.
