摘  要:研究了体重为(5.42±0.68)g的日本囊对虾Marsupenaeus japonicus在(22.0±0.5)℃下饥饿和再投喂期间代谢率的变化.结果表明:饥饿至第30 d时,50%的试验虾死亡;耗氧率降低为初始值的24.15%,并呈现出“急剧下降、稳定、再降低、上升”的阶段性变化;排氨率变化可分为“急剧下降、回升、阶段下降、大幅攀升”4个阶段,试验结束时共上升11.39%.饥饿前14 d内,日本囊对虾以蛋白质和脂肪共同氧化供能,14~30 d完全由蛋白质供能;饥饿7、14 d再投喂组,日本囊对虾的耗氧率及氧氮比均比饥饿结束时大幅增加.The effects of prolonged starvation and subsequent refeeding on metabolism in shrimp Marspenaeus japonicus with initial weights of (5.42 ±0.68) g were investigated under (22 ±0.5)℃ during July 18 to August 17, 2005. The shrimp starved for 30 days when half shrimp died had oxygen consumption rate and ammonia - N excretion rate as small as 24. 15% ,and 50% of those fed shrimps, respectively. There were four phases during the course of oxygen consumption and ammonia - N excretion reduction. The oxygen consumption curve was“sharp decrease - stability - regained stability - slightly increase” in the course. The changes in ammonia- N excretion experienced four phases “sharp decrease - ascend - decrease - increased dramatically”. Protein and lipid were the first energy sources before 14 days starvation and from day 14 to day 30, protein was the only energy source. Two groups of the shrimps were starved for 7 and 14 days and both refed 2 and 6 days. During the refed period, the oxygen consumption rate and the ratio of O: N were significantly elevated compared to starvation period.
