摘 要:在水温23~24℃下,测定了体重为(3.20±0.20)^(18.25±0.72)g欧洲丁鱥Tinca tinca的耗氧量、耗氧率,以及体重为(4.20±0.15)^(15.25±0.40)g欧洲丁鱥的窒息点。结果表明:耗氧量与鱼体重呈显著正相关,关系式为Y=0.512W0.559(r=0.9903,P<0.05),耗氧率则与鱼体重呈显著负相关,关系式为Y′=0.3165W-0.283(r=-0.9900,P<0.05);欧洲丁鱥的耗氧率具有昼夜节律性,一昼夜出现两个高峰值,分别在7:00~9:00和19:00~21:00,低峰值出现在22:00~2:00;欧洲丁鱥的窒息点为(0.360±0.015)^(0.300±0.010)mg/L(以O2计)。The oxygen consumption rate and asphyxial point of tench Tinca tinca were measured at 23 - 24℃. The oxygen consumption(Y) increased with the body weight(W) increasing, while the oxygen consumption rate(Y') decreases with the body weight increasing. The correlation formulas was: Y = 0. 512W^0.559 (r = 0. 9903, P 〈 0. 05 ) and Y' =0. 3165W^-0.283(r = -0. 9900,P 〈0. 05). Daily fluctuation of the consumption was also observed in the experiment. The two oxygen consumption peaks occurred at 7:00 -9:00 and 19:00 -21:00, and one low peak value in the midnight 22:00 -2:00. The asphyxial point was (0.300±0.010) - (0.360 ±0.015) mg/L.
