糖尿病、糖尿病合并冠状动脉性心脏病患者血清抵抗素水平的变化

摘　　要：目的观察2型糖尿病(Type2 Diabetes Mellitus,T2DM)、T2DM合并冠状动脉性心脏病(Coronary Artery Disease,CAD)患者血清抵抗素水平的变化,探讨抵抗素在上述疾病中的临床意义。方法选取T2DM患者40例,T2DM合并CAD患者38例,健康体检者34例,清晨空腹抽血,分离血清,采用ELISA法检测血清抵抗素含量。结果T2DM合并CAD组血清抵抗素含量([7.02±4.86)ng/ml]明显高于对照组[(2.52±1.88)ng/ml],P=0.0001;T2DM组血清抵抗素含量[(4.96±3.03)ng/ml]高于对照组[(2.52±1.88)ng/ml],P=0.04。T2DM合并CAD组血清抵抗素比单纯T2DM组高(P=0.011)。结论T2DM、T2DM合并CAD患者血清抵抗素明显增高,提示血清抵抗素与T2DM、T2DM合并CAD等具有代谢综合征表现的心血管疾病密切相关,推测抵抗素可能参与了胰岛素抵抗及动脉粥样硬化的进程。Objective To observe the significance of changes in serum resistin levels in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus （T2DM） and T2DM with coronary artery diseases （CAD）. Methods Serum resistin levels were measured with ELISA in 40 T2DM patients （T2DM group） , 38 T2DM patients with CAD （T2DM/CAD group） and 34 healthy subjects （control group）. Results The average resistin level In T2DM/CAD group （7.02±4.86 ng/ml） was significantly higher than that in the control group [（2.52±1.88） ng/ml, P=-0.0001 ] ; and that in T2DM group [（4.96±3.03） ng/ml ]was also significantly higher than that, in the control group（P=0.04）, The average resistin level In T2DM/CAD group was elevated when compared with that in T2DM groups （P=0.011）, Conclusion It is suggested that resistin has close relation to T2DM and CAD, which might play an important role in the pathogenesis of cardiovascular diseases characteristic of metabolic syndrome.
