摘　　要：介绍了KDF型滤棒成型机组风力系统的工作原理,分析了常规除尘系统存在的问题与不足,对此进行技术改造:①拆除设备自带的负压风机;②建立集中风力供给与除尘装置;③针对醋酸滤棒的特性,采用二级除尘方式。系统改造后运行稳定,装机容量减少、维修简单,节能降噪明显,产生良好的经济效益和社会效益,值得推广应用。The wind power systems＇s principle of the KDF filter maker is described, the problems and shortcomings of conventional dedusting system is analyzed, the device is improved as following： 1 ） Removal the centrifugal fan of the equipment carrying; 2） Established the centralized air supplying and dust removing system; 3） Aimed at the characteristics of acetate fiber, it uesed the two levels of dust removal way. System runs stably after improving, the installed capacity reduces, its maintenance is convenient, energy is saved and noise is reduced, and good economic and social benefits are yielded.It is worth to spread usage of all these energy-saving technology as mentioned in this paper.
