摘　　要：介绍了丽赛(Richcel)纤维的性能,并根据其性能设计开发了丽赛涤双面珠地网眼针织物,详细地给出了编织、染色、整理的工艺及其生产要点,对该织物的性能进行了分析、测试,认为丽赛纤维织物具有吸湿性好、手感柔软、色泽鲜艳、悬垂性好等特点,适合做内衣产品,也可以与其他纤维混纺或交织,生产出各种风格的服装面料。This paper introduces the properties of Richcel fiber, designs and develops the Richcel/polyester knitted double pearl net fabric accordingly, and presents in detail its knitting technology, dyeing process, finishing and the key points for its production. According to the analysis and testing of its properties, it can be concluded that the Richcel fiber knitted fabric bears the advantages of good moisture absorbency, soft hand, bright luster and good drapability, suitable for underwear products, and also suitable for production of different styles of fabrics when blended or interlaced with other kinds of fibers.
