厚朴对实验大鼠的胃动力影响

摘　　要：目的探讨厚朴对胃动力障碍的改善作用。方法给大鼠腹腔注射盐酸左旋精氨酸(L-Arg)制成胃动力异常模型,同时给予厚朴灌胃观察其对L-Arg所致大鼠胃动力、胃动素异常的改善作用。结果给大鼠腹腔注射L-Arg造成胃动力减缓、血清胃动素减少,厚朴能有效抑制L-Arg引起的大鼠胃动力下降(P<0.05)和胃动素的下降(P<0.05)。结论厚朴对L-Arg所致大鼠胃肠动力障碍有明显的改善作用,其机制与提高血浆胃动素水平有关。Objective To study the effect of cotex magnolia officinal on improving gastrointestinal motility. Methods The rats were injected into abdominal cavity by L-Arginine（L-Arg）, and cotex magnolia officinal were put into the stomach of rats, the effect of it on gastrointestinal motility and motilin（MTL） was observed. Results L-Arg made the gastric emptying of rats slowly and the decline of MTL in blood plasma; cotex magnolia officinal could inhibit the effects of L-Arg on decreasing gastrointestinal motility （ P 〈 0.05） and the plasma motilin （MTL） in rats （ P 〈 0.05） .Conclusion cotex magnolia officinal can improve the obstacle of the rats＇s gastrointestinal motility made by L- Arg, The mechanism is related with improving the level of MTL in blood plasma.
