中药对原发性急性痛风性关节炎疼痛的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察中药对急性痛风性关节炎疼痛的疗效。方法将2004-2006年我院收治的急性痛风性关节炎患者36例随机分为2组,治疗组给予中药汤剂治疗,对照组主要用西药缓解疼痛。结果治疗组与对照组止痛的疗效比较无显著性差异(P>0.05),但治疗组较对照组胃肠道反应小。结论中药汤剂与西药比较,在治疗急性痛风性关节炎止痛疗效方面无明显差异,运用中药治疗,是一种安全、有效的治疗方法。Objective To observe the clinical therapeutic effects on treating acute gouty arthritis by Chinese drugs. Methods Thirty-six patients from the year 2004 to 2006 were equally divided into two groups, the tested group was treated with Chinese drugs, the control group was treated with west medicine. Results There was no significant difference in effect of analgesia between two groups （P 〉 0.05）, but with less digestion adverse reactions in tested group. Conclusion There was no significant difference in the effects of analgesia between the two groups for treatment of acute gouty arthritis, Chinese drugs therapy is a safe, effective method.
