摘　　要：目的研究、开发传统中药—紫河车的应用剂型,并建立其质量标准。方法将紫河车组织用中性蛋白酶消化,提取其有效生物活性物质,与黄芪的生药液混合配制而成,采用薄层色谱法对制剂中的黄芪进行定性鉴别。结果连续3个批号的产品的各项指标均符合2005年版《中国药典》一部附录合剂项下的规定。结论紫芪口服液的制备工艺合理,所建立的方法简便、准确、可靠,可作为该制剂的质量控制标准。Objective To develop a preparation and quality control method for Ziqi oral liquid. Methods The tissue of Ziheche was digested by neutral albumen enzyme digestion, and the biologic active substance of it was extracted, then the raw liquid from Huangqi was mixed with them, finally the mixture was the Ziqi oral liquid. Huangqi was identified by TLC. Results The indexes of 3 consecutive products were accord with the Ch P. 2005. Conclusion The preparation technique of Zhiqi oral liquid is rational, and the method is convenient and accurate, it is suitable for the quality control of the preparation.
