摘　　要：城市绿地作为“柔性”空间在城市防灾、避灾、减灾及灾后重建过程中具有无可替代的作用。本文分析了我国城市基于防灾的绿地建设的现状及存在的问题,并对其规划与建设提出了建议。Urban green space is of the most importance to prevent and reduce urban calamity. So, this paper gives somesuggesfions those attentions during the process of planning urban green space system, and the construction of its network which has reasonable hierarchical structure, distributes equably and its compensative mechanism.
