摘　　要：目的了解深圳市同性恋者性行为方式及艾滋病感染情况,并进行措施干预评价。方法采用问卷调查的方法进行性行为方式的调查,进行性行为干预指导,并进行艾滋病抗体检测。结果共对109名男同性恋者进行了性行为调查及艾滋病感染检测,HIV感染率为2.8%。首次性行为平均年龄22岁。所有调查对象均与男性发生过性关系,65.1%的调查对象同时也与女性发生过性行为,88.1%的调查对象在半年内有肛交性行为,且77.4%在半年内有过无保护的肛交性行为。其中71名调查对象完成了干预后问卷调查,干预后艾滋病预防知识提高,性行为方式发生改变。结论男同性恋者是艾滋病感染的高危人群,进行适当的性行为干预可以降低艾滋病的发病风险。Objective To study the sexual behaviors and the rate of AIDS infection of MSM in Shenzhen City and to explore the intervention model adapting to local instance. Methods Data were collected from MSM by questionnaire, and intervened in the sexual behaviors of MSM by discussion one by one, and collected the peripheral blood of MSM to test HIV. Results 109 MSMs were studied, the rate of HIV infection of them was 2.8 %. The median age of first sex was 22 years old. All the MSM have had sexual action with male partner and 65.1% of them have had sexual action with female partners. There was 88.1% of MSM engaged in anal intercourse and 77,4% among them was engaged in unprotected action. There were 71 MSM attending the interventional action and fulfilling the questionnaire, their sexual action model were changed. Conclusion The advisable sexual behaviors intervention among MSM can prevent HIV from being infected.
