五金厂噪声对作业工人心血管系统影响的调查

摘　　要：目的探讨某五金厂噪声对作业工人心血管系统的影响。方法对某厂噪声作业工人391人及对照组215人进行血压测定,心电图检查。结果噪声组高血压的总患病率与对照组比较,差异有显著性;且随着接噪工龄的延长逐渐增加,接噪工龄≥5年高血压的患病率明显增加。噪声组的心电图改变与对照组比较,差异有显著性(P<0.05),主要改变是窦性心动过缓、ST及T段改变、束支传导阻滞。结论接触噪声对心血管产生不良影响,危害程度与接触时间有关。Objective To explore the effects of noise on blood pressure and ECG in the exposed workers, Methods To measure blood pressure, parameters of electrocardiogram（ECG）. Results The total morbidity rate of high blood pressure in noise - exposed group were significantly higher than those of the control group （ P 〈 0. 05 ）, and tented to increase as the work standing year increased. The abnormal rate of ECG in exposed group were significantly higher than those in control group （P 〈 0.05）, The major change of ECG were sinus bradycardia, ST and T - segment changes, bundle branch block, Conclusion Cardiovascular system might to be affected with exposure to noise. Level of cardiovascular system change appeared to be related with time of noise exposure.
