摘 要:从设计条件和结构概念设计出发,对高柔钢塔架结构设计、基础设计与施工、安装与加工精度控制等方面进行了研究与探讨。主塔采用空间钢桁架结构体系,解决了长悬臂高耸钢塔架在强风、地震、非标荷载作用下的复杂受力问题。桩基础方案采用井点降水、人工成孔、深层混凝土和大漂石人工切割与静力爆破施工工艺,成功解决了原塔旧址新建问题。采用卧式试拼装方案,3万余颗螺栓一次穿孔安装成功,塔体倾斜在计算精度内。该钢塔架的设计经验可供类似工程参考。Based on the technology design and the structural conceptual design, the structure design, foundation design, installation, and the control of the roaching precision of the tall and slender steel tower are studied. The structure of the main tower is space steel struss, which solves the complex stress problem of the tall steel cantilever tower in the action of the strong breeze, seismic shock, and the nonstandard load. The construction technology of well point unwatering method, manual poreforming, manual cut deep concret and erratic boulder, static blast are applied in the foundation project, which solves the problem of the new tower built in the old site. The program of the horizontial consolidation is adopted, and more than 30 thousand bolts are pounched and assembled successfully, and the rake ratio.of the tower is in the accuracy control. The design experience of the tall and slender steel tower structure can be reference for analogous structure.
