摘　　要：文章根据聚类分析和模糊相似矩阵理论,采用基于模糊聚类的综合排序方法,提出一种基于聚类的指标综合评价模型,并通过实例应用验证了这个模型的可用性。借助该模型对多目标决策中的决策指标项进行综合评价,可为决策者提供有效的决策依据。According to the cluster analysis and the fuzzy similar matrixs theory, a comprehensive target evaluation model is proposed by utilizing the sorted method of the fuzzy cluster, and the usability of the model is confirmed through the example application. By dint of this model the multi- target items evaluation can be achieved comprehensively in the multi-goals decision-making, and the effective decision- making can be provided for the decision-maker.
