摘 要:利用低频内耗仪强迫振动方法测量-50~250℃温度范围内,61.4at%~86.4at%Mnγ-MnFe合金降温过程的内耗和模量性质。实验结果从高温到低温内耗表现有3个峰,第1个峰在磁转变温度附近,第2个峰出现在马氏体相变温度附近,而第3个峰出现在0℃以下。分析认为,第1个峰同应力下磁畴移动有关;第2个峰是fcc及fct相界面运动引起的;第3个峰与孪晶界的驰豫过程有关。在不同的温度和成分范围内讨论了两个相变的耦合作用。A detailed investigation has been made regarding the variation in internal friction and Young's modulus with 61.4at%-86.4at%Mnγ-MnFe alloys within the temperature range from 50-250℃ by means of force vibration . From higher temperature to the lower , the internal friction was found to exhibit three peaks. The first peak was observed in the vicinity of the temperature of magnetic transformation,the second at the temperature of the martensitic transformation,and the third at the temperature blew 0℃. It was concluded from detailed analysis that the first peak may be connected with the motion of magnetic domain under strain. The second peak was connected with the movement of interfaces separating the fcc and fct phases. And the last one is due to a relaxation process associated with the movement of the twin boundaries in the fct phase or fcc antiferromagnetic phase. The coupling effect of two transformations is discussed in different temperature and composition range.
