摘　　要：我国农村电气化经过十数年的发展,取得了辉煌的成就。但是,总体上的开发程度还很低,发电量不足全国总量的5．5%。因此,必须在科学的、协调的、可持续发展的观念下,大力开发中小流域内的水能水电,促进本区域内经济、文化、社会的发展。Our country rural electrification passed through ten several year development to obtain the magnificent achievement. But as a whole , the exploitation is poor and power inereased rate is less than 5.5% of national total quantity. The small hydropower station in valley must be exploited fully under the science, the coordination, the sustainable developmentidea. Promoted the development of the economy, the culture, society in this region, our country rural electrification will found the new ball game.
