摘　　要：以香草醛为衍生剂，建立了高效液相色谱柱后衍生化测定饲料中莫能霉素的方法。采用C18反相柱，甲醇－冰乙酸－水为流动相。方法检测限为0．5μg／mL，添加回收率为81．3％～94．3％，变异系数为0．5％～2．1％。A method is described for the detemination of monensin in feeds by HPLC. The separation was performed on a re versed-phase C18 column (25cm×4. 6mm) with methanol-acetic acid-water as mobile phase. Monensin was detected at 520nm after post-column derivatization with vanilin. The detection limit is 0. 5μg／g, the recovery is 81. 3% ~ 94.3%and the coefficient of variation is 0. 5% ~2. 1%.
