摘　　要：为了节省能源,满足人们对舒适度的要求,提高高层建筑采暖系统的效率,对高层建筑采暖系统进行研究。提出在采暖设计时采用电气控制与动态平衡阀来解决高层建筑采暖系统冷热不均、水力失调、运行费用过高问题,达到了节省能源、降低运行费用和管理费用并满足人们对室内环境的热舒适性要求的目的。For saving energy, meeting people ＇s requirement of comfort, increase of efficiency of high-rise building heating system, and research high-rise building heating system, using electric control and holding valve are presented. The problem of unbalanced cold-warm , hydraulic detuning and the higher operating fee in high-rise building heating system are designed to settle, Reach the aim of saving energy, reducing operating fee and manage fee and meeting people＇s requirement of indoor environment warm comfort are discussed.
