摘  要:利用CFD模拟计算软件,对轴流式油气混输泵半螺旋形吸入室在不同含气率时的流场进行了模拟分析,得出了各含气量时的气相分布规律,分析了气体积聚和旋涡形成的原因。根据分析结果,加大了吸入室从径向转向轴向时过渡区的断面面积和圆弧半径;增大了隔舌处的过渡圆弧,减小了出口端隔舌的厚度。样机试验表明,泵效率和含气率均明显提高,说明采取的措施是有效的。Using CFD (computational fluid dynamics) software, the flow field of the axial flow gas-oil multiphase pump's semi-volute suction chamber in different void fractions has been simulated. The flow field velocity distribution was got and the reason for gas accumulation and vortex according to the gas distribution and slice graph were analyzed. The section area of axis and the roundness corner radian were augmented and the thickness of the outlet separator tongue was reduced in order to improve the performance of the pump. By testing the prototype pump, it showed that the pump efficiency and the void fraction were obviously advanced, which indicated the measures were effective.
