摘　　要：听政主持人在听证程序中具有重要的法律地位,是整个听证过程中的核心人物。我国法律对听证主持人的规定过于简略,本文就三个方面问题提出具体相关完善措施。The president of administrative hearing has an very important role in the administrative procedure, and who is the core during the whole procedure. The definition of the president of administrative in our laws is so simple. The author tries to make out some measures about the problems to perfect them.
