摘 要:应用火花源原子发射光谱仪分析小样品。研究了试样的制备、磨制、激发条件、标准化、控样校正等条件。通过严格制样、磨样工序,选择适宜的冲气和预燃时间来提高分析精度;采用控样消除线材和绘制工作曲线块状样品不同所产生的系统误差。方法用于焊条钢、硬线、低合金钢等直径较小试样成分分析,相对标准偏差均小于3%,符合国家标准方法要求。Analysis of the small samples using the spark source atomic emission spectrometer has been developed. Preparation of analytical samples, analytical conditions, standardisation, initialization of control sample and so on were discussed. The working procedure of reparing and grinding samples were strictly controled. The suitable argon flush and pre-integration time were determind to enhance analytical precision. The system error between the wire samples and the block samples in the establishment of calibration curves was eliminated by using the control sample. The method has been used to analyse smaller samples such as welding wire,steel rod,low alloy steel etc. The precision and accuracy of the analysis samples are better with the relative standard deviations of less than 6%, meeting the requirement of national standard.
