摘 要:通过将部分弹性流体动力润滑理论引入高速滚子轴承拟动力学分析中,形成两者之间的耦合分析方法,详细分析了高速滚子轴承各运行工况参数和摩擦学参数,尤其是迄今为止高速轴承分析中较少涉及的表面粗糙度效应对轴承运动性能的影响。A new analytical method coupling the quasi dynaminic analysis of the high speed roller bearing and the partial elastohydrodynamic lubrication (PEHL) theory is developed and employed in this article. The influence of the tribological and operating parameters of the bearing on the kinematic performance of the high speed bearing is also analyzed in detail. By using the PEHL theory, especially, an exhaustive approach in current work to the influences of surface roughness and its orientation on the kinematic performance of the bearing is made. In addition, an empiric formula which fits the variation regularity of the slip ratio of cage with several tribological and operating parameters, is put forward to meet the needs of engineering design.
