摘　　要：从分析技术创新系统结构出发,论述技术创新在长期进化中呈现出来的诸如遗传、变异、停滞、混沌、涌现、路径依赖、点断平衡、遗传漂变等特性以及其产生的原因与规律。Starting from analyzing the systematic mechanisms of technological innovation, this paper has expounded not only the longterm characteristics in the evolution of technological innovation as heredity, variation, stasis, chaos, emergence, path dependency, punctuated equilibrium, and genetic drifts but also the rules and causes behind these phenomena.
