摘　　要：提出了一种取代二芳基磷酸盐成核剂的合成新方法。以2,4-二叔丁基苯酚和甲醛为原料,经过乳液缩合,双酚成盐,酯化反应,加碱水成盐等反应合成了成核剂2,2′-亚甲基双(4,6-二叔丁基苯基)磷酸钠。用该产品对PP进行改性,改性后的PP具有良好的综合性能。A new synthetic method of substituted diarylphosphate salts was presented. Sodium 2, 2＇-methylenebis （4, 6-di-t-butylphenyl） phosphate was prepared from 2, 4-bis-t-butylphenol and formaldehyde via emulsion condensation, bisphenol salt formation, esterification, hydrolysis and neutralization. PP was modified with the synthetic product as a nucleating agent and its overall properties was notably improved.
