摘　　要：对陕西省在全国具有较高的科技研发投入与相对落后的经济发展状况形成强烈反差的现象、原因进行了分析,并提出相应的建议,为陕西省科技研发投入如何促进经济发展提供指导.The phenomenon and reason that hight in input of science and technology R＆D in Shaanxi with emphasis against it＇s economic growth are analyzed, and several corresponding suggestions which will direct how to promote it＇s economic growth for it＇s technological R＆D input are presented.
