摘 要:多重化整流是电力电子变换设备减小对电网谐波干扰、提高设备功率因数所采用的重要方法。级联式多电平高压变频器是高压交流调速领域的新技术,由于设备电压等级高、功率大,应用场合极其重要,所以它对输入谐波、功率因数等要求很高。其输入变压器采用移相技术,以实现多重化整流。通过对多重化整流技术和变压器延边三角形移相技术进行深入的研究与分析,提出其数学模型,并经过系统仿真,得出结论:采用多重化整流技术后,高压变频器的输入谐波减小,功率因数增高,为高压变频器的设计与应用提供了参考。A Multiplex rectifier is an important component for power electronics equipments to implement reducing the harmonic interference to electric network and improving power factor. The cascade multi level high voltage inverter is a new technology of high voltage alternating current governor domain. For the equipment has a high voltage-level and high power, and the application conditions are very important, it having a high demand to input harmonic, power factor, and so on. Its input transformer adopts phase-shift technology to implement a multiplex rectifier. The research and analysis are done to multiplex rectifier technology and transformer stretch triangle phase-shift technology; a mathematical model is presented. The system simulation shows that the high voltage inverter has small input harmonic and high power factor. This provides reference for the design and using of high voltage inverter.
