摘 要:对还原深蓝BO进行磺化改性处理引入磺酸基,使其成为双亲性化合物。磺化改性后的还原深蓝BO分子在一定浓度的水溶液中自组装成溶致液晶相。将溶液在玻璃衬底上展开,同时在其上覆盖另一载玻片进行摩擦涂膜并剪切诱导分子取向分布,溶剂自然蒸发后形成固态偏振薄膜。用红外光谱对改性后的还原深蓝BO分子的结构进行表征,用偏光显微镜、紫外可见分光光度计研究其水溶液及其固态偏振薄膜的性质。结果表明:磺酸基的引入改变了还原深蓝BO分子的极性,它所形成的固态偏振薄膜具有良好的光学偏振效率,最佳偏振效率达到90%以上,耐热性能测试表明该偏振薄膜的最高耐热温度在200℃以上。Modified processes were performed on vat dark blue BQ, Sulfonic groups were introduced and converted it into amphiphilic compounds. Lytropic liquid crystals Phases were self-assembled by the sulfonated molecule in a certain aqueous solutions. Spreaded the liquid on glass substrates, simultaneously directionally sheared to induce orientation with another slide, polarizing film were prepared after the solvent evaporated at room temperature. The molecular structure of modified vat dark blue BQ was characterized by fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR). The property of its aqueous solutions and solid polarizing film was investigated by micropolariscope and UV-vis spectrophotometer. The results showed that sulfonic groups changed the molecular polarity, The polarization properties of the solid polarizing film was high, The optimum polarizing efficiency reached above 90%. The thermostability test indicated that the thermostability of solid polarizing film was higher than 200℃.
