摘 要:目的探讨中学生生活事件与抑郁状况的关系,为加强中学生心理卫生教育提供科学依据。方法采用青少年生活事件量表和抑郁自评量表对5所中学的3798名学生进行问卷调查。结果较常发生的生活事件为学习压力和人际关系方面的问题,与学习压力、人际关系、受惩罚及健康适应有关的10项生活事件对中学生可产生较大的应激影响;中学生抑郁检出率为38.4%,年级、家庭类型、人际关系、学习压力和健康适应与中学生抑郁的发生存在相关。结论中学生抑郁情况不容忽视,生活事件与抑郁之间存在统计学关联。Objective To explore the relationship between life events and depression, so as to provide scientific evidence for mental health education. Methods A total of 3 798 students were investigated by Adolescent Self-rating Life Events Cheek List(ASLES) and Center for Epidemiologic Studies Depression Scale( CES - D ) in five secondary schools. Results The common life events were studying pressure and interpersonal relationship. Ten life events related to study pressure, interpersonal relationship, being punished and health adaptation had great stress influence on secondary school students. The prevalence of depression was 38.4%. The influencing factors to depression were grade, family style, interpersonal relationship, studying pressure and health adaptation. Conclusion Depression should not be ignored in middle school students. Statistic associations are found among life events and depression.
