摘 要:为了给大跨度装配式野战工事结构选材和选型,对玻璃钢蜂窝夹层复合材料进行了动、静力学性能试验,并用有限元软件包ALGOR对该材料制作的装配式野战工事常见的几种结构形式进行数值分析。接着用该材料制作的大跨度割圆拱形工事结构试验段,按155mm榴弹在防护层表面爆炸,进行数值计算和化爆试验。研究结果表明,割圆拱形结构和玻璃钢蜂窝夹层材料是目前大跨度装配式野战工事首选的结构形式和材料。The dynamic and static properties of glass fiber reinforced plastic(GFRP) honeycomb sandwich structural composite are researched in order to select suitable material and type for a long-span fabricated shelter. Several types of shelters made of the selected material are numerically analyzed with ALGOR Finite Element Analysis System. Then, the experimental part of long-span cyclotomic arch fabricated shelter made of the selected material is also numerically calculated and experimented under detonating one 155mm high-explosive shell on the surface of protective covering. Finally, it comes to conclusion that the cyclotomic arch section and the GFRP honeycomb sandwich composite are preferred structural form and material for the long-span fabricated shelter at present.
