摘　　要：本文从分析当今国内城市发展中历史环境所面临的困境着手,以相关利益主体的诉求为出发点,从多元主体利益的角度探索问题根源,分析城市管理者、商业开发者、生活使用者这三个主体的主导作用,进而得出结论——对历史环境的保护应是多元主体的合力作用。Analyzing the current problems historical districts face in developing Chinese cities, this paper focuses on the relevant principal beneficiaries, specifically city managers, commercial developers and consumers, and explores the root of the problem from the points of view of these parties. The paper then analyzes the main function of these parties and draws the conclusion that the protection of historical environments should be a co-operative venture.
