摘　　要：本文以衢州东港工业园区公共服务核心区城市设计为例,从使用者的需求出发拟定工业园区公共服务功能的组织方式,通过对防护绿地生态化和休闲化的改造,化解中心区的环境困境,结合地形条件构筑了人性化空间,并塑造了富有地方特色的园区中心整体形象。Taking the urban design of the public service center Quzhou Donggang Industrial Garden as an example, this paper looks at： the planning of the Industrial Garden public service functionality according to the needs of service center users, the reconstruction by means of protecting the ecology and leisure environment of the parkland, the resolution of the environmental problems in the central district, the constructed humanized work and living spaces with the current topographical conditions, and the creation of an affluent appearance for the service center.
