摘　　要：文章通过对时代发展状况、城市双重危机、城市理论及建设实践的分析,指出城市技术与文化研究的重要性,提出城市“技术—文化”系统概念,并探讨了该系统的阶段性分期状态,力图为城市建设、规划和设计工作提供理论依据和科学指导。Through the development of the times,the twin crises of urban, urban theory and practice of urban profile analysis, this paper regards that it is very important to study the technology and culture of city. A concept about the ＂Techno-culture＂system of city is proposed in the paper and the initial phases of the city＇s technology and culture is discussed. Thus it provides an essential academic value and significance to urban construction, planning and design.
