摘　　要：该文通过住宅区规划实例,提出从项目基地的地貌、形态、肌理等属性导出其特征性,进而梳理出规划的设计方法。通过深入的基地分析、原生态研究,力图实现居住建筑与原生丘陵地貌的完美结合。The paper takes the disign of the residential area as an example to bring forward a design method using in the programming project, which is forming after the characteristics of the project site are concluded from its geography, appearance, fabrici-etc, In this project, with the thorough analysis of the site, and the detailed research on its original ecosystem, the design tries to achieve a perfect combination of the residential building and the hilly geography,
