摘　　要：该文在介绍湖北阳新县玉堍村社会主义新农村建设规划方案的基础上,以“统一协调、尊重历史,美化环境、完善功能”为原则,提出科学、合理、经济、和谐、生态、美观、可持续、切实可行的社会主义新农村建设规划设计方案和相关思考,为建设和谐社会主义新农村服务。This article has introduced socialist new rural construction program scheme of Yuwan village in Yangxin in Hubei province, with the principle of unify coordination and respect history, beautifulness environment and perfect function. It also puts forward scientific, reasonabte, economy, harmony, ecological, beautiful, sustainable, practical feasible socialistic new rural construction program design scheme and some retated thinking, which can serve for construction of socialistic new rural.
