摘　　要：高校院(系、所)资料室是高等学校文献收集、存储、传播的重要部门。院(系、所)资料室要做好室藏文献资源的开发利用工作,应从优化藏书结构、及时捕捉最新信息动态、开发多功能的主动服务方式、加强横向联系等方面入手。而做好文献资源的开发利用工作的关键,就在于高校资料室必须建立起一支高素质的人才队伍。Reference rooms of faculties and departments in colleges and universities play an important role in the collecting, storing and propagating of different kinds of literature. The working staff of every reference room should do their best to develop and utilize literature resources. They should optimize the library structure, keep abreast of the latest information trends, work out multi-functional service ways and strengthen the cooperation among different reference rooms. Despite all this, the key to developing and utilizing literature resources is that there must be high-quality working staff in every reference room of colleges and universities.
